Each year, Anne Arundel County Public Schools seniors who have pursued a visual arts course pathway devote countless hours to creating exceptional masterpieces.
Members of the public can view the impressive display of artwork celebrating the personal development and creative journey of these high school seniors at “Growing Forward,” an exhibit showcasing the artistic decision-making, communication, risk-taking, and perseverance of more than 65 graduating high school seniors. The exhibit, which includes paintings, drawings, three-dimensional designs, and photography, is displayed in the Hal Gomer and Patricia Barland galleries and halls at Chesapeake Arts Center in Brooklyn Park.
The public can view the exhibit through May 10, 2026, during normal Arts Center hours.
