Student Devices - Chromebook
Students in Pre-K to 8th grade will utilize Chromebooks in the schoolhouse. If your student needs a device at home, you may apply for a loaner Chromebook through the Student Device Loaner Program below.
Students in 9th and 12th grades are 1:1 and don't need to apply for a Chromebook through the loaner program.
AACPS Student Device Loaner Program - PreK-8th grade
Registration for the AACPS Student Device Loaner Program, which provides a device to students that need a device to support learning at home, is now available. If approved for participation in the program, students will be assigned a Chromebook that will need to be transported back and forth between home and school as it will be used by the student throughout the school day. Students that received a device through the Student Device Loaner Program last year and kept their device over the summer do not need to reapply for a device for the 25-26 school year.
AACPS Chromebook
Students in AACPS may be provided an Acer Chromebook (models vary) for them to use while in school. This device is used routinely for instruction during the school day and is managed by the AACPS Technology office.
If your student is having difficulty during the day with their AACPS Chromebook, please contact the school for assistance.
