All parents/guardians of students in grades 1-12 will need to create a Parent Portal account.
PowerSchool Parent Portal is a powerful, easy-to-use, secure communication tool connecting parents/guardians and schools. Using the PowerSchool student information system, the Parent Portal allows collaboration to improve student achievement. Online access to class grades, attendance information and student schedules makes it easier for parents to monitor, identify, and accelerate students in grades 1 through 12 progress in real time.
PowerSchool Parent Portal will allow parents/guardians with more than one child to access all their children at one time with one username and password.
Parents and guardians will need to contact your child’s school to be issued a student specific Access ID and Password for each student they want linked to the portal accounts. Directions for creating a Parent Portal account.
The mobile application is available for Apple and Android devices. The District code is LTDJ.
Please remember that the PowerSchool Parent Portal will show your student’s grades, attendance and schedule. Features like the Meal Balance and Fee Balance are not currently turned on in Parent Portal. Questions about your students’ meal balance can be directed to your school.
PowerSchool Student Portal is a student friendly version of the Parent Portal allowing students in grades 5-12 access to their schedules, assignments/grades and attendance. Students have separate user accounts and log in using their AACPS username and password.
