Good Afternoon Families,

Valentine’s Day is February 14th and all children are invited to participate in a small celebration within their classrooms. Students are invited to bring Valentine’s Day cards to share with friends. We ask that if your child chooses to participate, he/she brings enough Valentine’s Cards for each student in the class. If families need assistance, please reach out to Ms. Tina Ramirez, School Counselor. Teachers will be sending class lists with first names only if you would like to personalize the cards. Students will be provided with white Valentine’s Day bags that they can decorate prior to the party. If you have any questions, please reach out to your child’s teacher.

Sincerely,

Woodside Elementary School

We are excited to share some wonderful news! A generous local company Poole and Kent has donated a brand-new bike rack to Woodside Elementary. This addition will help support our students who bike to school and make our campus even more welcoming and accessible.

We are incredibly grateful for the donation and for the support from our community partners who help make Woodside such a great place to learn and grow.

Thank you for celebrating this great news with us!

Hello Woodside Families,

I wanted to share that we are planning a few special treats for our wonderful teachers next week. Let’s sprinkle a little festive cheer as we wrap up 2025!

We’re hoping to put together:

A snack cart on Tuesday with sweet and salty treats

Donuts on Wednesday to brighten their morning

If any families would like to donate items for these days — or anything special for our teachers on any other day next week — please feel free to drop donations off in the office with me (Ms. Paris).

Thank you so much for your continued support of our teachers and staff. We truly appreciate everything you do to help make Woodside such a warm and caring community!
