President Role:
Work with School Leaders and the PTA Board to determine and implement the goals,events, and activities for the school year
Ensure the committee is in compliance with all Maryland and National PTA guidelines and regulations (Ex. By Laws, insurance, taxes, dues, charitable renewal)
Create monthly meeting agendas and conduct meetings
Attend Anne Arundel County PTA Council meetings monthly
Exercise general supervision and leadership over over affairs of association
Treasurer Role:
Maintain custody of all funds for Association
Keeps accurate account of receipts and expenditures and handles all disbursements
Works with committee to create an annual budget
Obtains and manages monthly income statements and balance sheets
Works with accountant to snure taxes, fees, dues, are paid in timely manner
Attend Anne Arundel County PTA Council meetings monthly
Secretary Role:
Record and manage all monthly meeting minutes
Communicates with PTA members and school staff (email the monthly meeting)
Vice President:
Will complete the tasks of any individual on the board if absent
Will share responsibilities of the president

Dear Families,
Due to anticipated weather, we have decided to postpone our Field Day to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all students. Field Day will now take place on Monday, May 12th.
We are excited for a fun-filled day of games, teamwork, and school spirit, and we appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we adjust the date. All previously shared plans and volunteer assignments will carry over to the new date, and we will send a reminder as the day approaches.
The lunch menu will change for Monday May 12, 2025. Monday's lunch will be pizza.
