Antwine, a military veteran and former Board member who died in 2021.

Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are excited to announce our upcoming Field Day, which will be held on Wednesday, May 21st at 8:30-11:30 am (Kindergarten, 1s,t and 2nd grade) and Thursday, May 22nd, 8:30-11:30 am (3rd, 4th, and 5th grade) at Hilltop Elementary. This is a fun-filled day that promotes teamwork, physical activity, and school spirit, and we would be thrilled to have you join us as visitors to rotate with your child’s homeroom class.
Please reach out to your classroom teacher and fill out the form before Monday, May 19th, 2025.

We warmly invite you to come and watch the activities, cheer on the students, and share in the excitement with your student’s classroom. Field Day is always a highlight of the school year, and your presence helps make it even more special for the students.
Important Details for Visitors: Notice the different days for K-2, Wednesday, and 3-5th grade, Thursday.

Wednesday May 21, 2025 Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd Grades (Rain Date May 28th, 2025)
Thursday May 22, 2024 3rd, 4th, and 5th Grades (Rain Date May 29th, 2025)
Time: 8:30 to 11:30 am
Location: Hilltop Elementary School
Parking: Please park in the side parking lot
Visitor Check-In: All visitors must check in at the main office or welcome table upon arrival. Please bring a valid photo ID and have filled out this form. Please email your child’s teacher to let them know you will be visiting.
What to Bring: Sunscreen, water, a hat!
Reminders:
Please remain in designated visitor areas for safety.
Younger siblings are welcome but must be supervised at all times.
No pets, please!
