We are excited to welcome you and your student(s) back for another wonderful school year at Monarch Global Academy! As we prepare for the first day, we want to share our arrival and dismissal procedures to help ensure a smooth and safe start for everyone.
📸 First Day Photos
We know how special the first day of school is for families, and we encourage you to take those memorable back-to-school pictures at home before your child arrives at school. This allows students to arrive using their regular mode of transportation and keeps our arrival process running smoothly.
Arrival Procedures
Doors open at 7:20 AM. Please help your student be ready to enter the building on time.
Grade-Level Entrances
Kindergarten – Meet their teacher’s assistant out front of the building and be walked to the classroom.
1st & 2nd Grade – Follow the sidewalk around to the Chrysalis Center.
3rd & 4th Grade – Enter the side door near the bike rack.
5th Grade - Follow the sidewalk around toward the Chrysalis Center but enter the side door near Kindergarten
6th – 8th Grade – Enter through the main doors.
Car Rider Procedures
This is a “kiss and go” process—students should be ready to exit the car promptly. Watch
Drivers should remain in their cars. Do not park in the loop; parking causes backups and potential fender benders.
Use both lanes when entering the parking lot; merge at the dumpsters.
Only allow students to exit when directed by staff and only at the sidewalk. Do not allow students to exit car early and walk through moving or parked cars
Pull your car all the way to the top of the loop before dropping off.
Be prepared for bad weather, students may need to walk a longer distance to classrooms.
Procedures remain the same regardless of weather.
Dismissal Procedures
Begins at 2:35 PM.
Car Rider Procedures
Follow the same steps as arrival.
Text your car rider number to the iDismiss number posted at school.
Students will be released once their number is entered into the system.
Families must stay in their vehicles and pull toward the top of the loop to wait for their students.
Please do not park—this disrupts traffic flow.
A Note on Patience & Kindness ❤️
Arrival and dismissal are busy times for our entire community. We ask that everyone extend patience, grace, and kindness to staff, families, and students as we all work together to keep our students safe and our procedures running smoothly.
We are looking forward to an amazing year ahead and can’t wait to see our Monarch students on the first day!
Warmly,
Principal

Good morning, MGA families!
My apologies for the multiple requests. PLEASE DISREGARD IF YOU'VE COMPLETED THIS TASK FOR THE UPCOMING SCHOOL YEAR. To clarify this survey is a detailed transporation questionairre not the simple yes or no to bus service survey that was sent initially. About 80% of families have replied and I thank those of you who are receiving this message when it no longer applies. If you have NOT done so, please complete the 2026-2027 Transportation Survey at the link below. We kindly ask that you submit a separate response for each student who will be attending Monarch for the 2026-2027 school year.
Please ensure your survey is completed by Friday, July 24th. Accurate transportation information is vital for our school’s logistics and, most importantly, for your student’s safety during arrival and dismissal.
