Candy Drive!
We are collecting individually wrapped candy for our Trunk or Treat. Please send it in by 10/15. There will be Team Color Baskets in the office. The Color that collects the most Candy will earn a movie and popcorn Party.

We’re excited to announce that our first Team Color Assembly of the year will be held on Friday, October 3rd! This is a fun and meaningful event that students won’t want to miss.

During the assembly, we will be recognizing students who have shown outstanding responsibility, and we’ll be celebrating all the great things happening in our school community.

As an added bonus, every student in attendance on 10/3 will receive a special prize!

We can’t wait to see the energy and spirit our students bring to this event!

The Board of Education of Anne Arundel County will hold its next regular business meeting at noon on Wednesday, October 1, 2025. The meeting will be held in the Board Room of the Parham Building, located at 2644 Riva Road in Annapolis. It is open to the public and subject to normal space limitations in the Board Room.

Cultural Night is coming up on October 7th from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Corkran Middle School! Join us for a fun celebration of culture with dancing, crafts, and two food trucks! The Board of Education last night considered the Superintendent’s recommendation of two proposed redistricting plans for Phase 2 of the school system’s comprehensive redistricting process, then voted to move both of the Superintendent’s proposals forward to public hearing along with two additional proposals that include Board member amendments.
