Hello CSPES Families,

As a continued reminder, if you are arriving at school between 7:20 and 7:55 AM or entering the afternoon car line, you must drive all the way down Airport 100 Way and make the U-turn before entering our line.

The only cars that are premitted to turn onto Signature Drive directly are those that are dropping off at the second building for a designated reason.

This procedure is in place for the safety of our students, staff, and families. It also demonstrates Respect and Integrity — two of our Tiger tenets — by honoring shared expectations and being mindful of our neighbors and surrounding community.

Please understand that this is not optional. If you are observed not following this expectation:

The first occurrence will result in a warning.

A second occurrence will result in no-trespass proceedings, and you will no longer be permitted on school property.

While I understand this may feel strict, we have experienced multiple safety incidents in the car line this year. It is absolutely necessary that we maintain clear structures and order to prevent further incidents and protect everyone involved.

It is especially disheartening that many of the violations are coming from families who have been part of our CSPES community for multiple years. Long-standing members of our school community know our expectations and help set the tone for newer families. We need your leadership and partnership now more than ever.

If you need further clarification regarding these expectations, please reach out directly to Ms. Camacho. Additionally, please be sure to share these procedures with anyone who may be picking up or dropping off your student, including family members or caregivers.

Our students are watching us. Let’s model Integrity by doing the right thing — even when it is inconvenient.

Thank you for your continued partnership in keeping CSPES safe and orderly. 🐯

Dear CSPES Families,

March 16–20, we will be celebrating Coaches Appreciation Week, and we would love your help in honoring the incredible individuals who keep our school running and support our students every single day — our Student Success Coaches!

Our coaches work behind the scenes making plans, supporting instruction, meeting with families, encouraging students, analyzing data, and doing whatever it takes to help our Tigers grow and succeed. Their impact is felt in every classroom, every hallway, and in the success of our students.

If you would like to participate, you can:

-Send a kind note or card

-Have your child write a message of appreciation

-Send a small favorite treat (see the attached list!)

-Or simply send them a thoughtful email

A few words of appreciation truly go a long way. 💛

Thank you for helping us celebrate the people who help our students belong, grow, and succeed each and every day.

With gratitude,
Dr. Camacho

CSPES- Good Morning, today I was in a 5th-grade class, and many students did not come to school with a charged chromebook which resulted in several students losing lesson time as they transitioned to a new location to be able to charge. As a reminder, all students (K-6th) should come to school with a charged Chromebook.
