As the Behavior Interventionist, I work with students to help them make positive choices and repair relationships when conflicts arise. One way we do this is through Restorative Practices—an approach that focuses on building strong classroom and school communities, helping students understand how their actions affect others, and guiding them in making things right when mistakes happen.
