The Office of Advanced Co-Curricular Programs is sponsoring a Future Makers Virtual STEM Club for Grades 3-5. This is a virtual 5-week program led by an AACPS instructor that will include an accompanying STEM kit for students to create, design, and explore along with peers online. Participants learned how to complete the FAFSA and other college financial aid options, including financial aid for international families. History was made today as, for the first time, all seven elected members of the Board of Education took their oaths of office to begin new four-year terms. Congratulations to Gloria Dent (District 1), Robert Silkworth (District 2), Erica McFarland (District 3), Sarah J. McDermott (District 4), Dana Schallheim (District 5), Joanna Bache Tobin (District 6), and Dawn Pulliam (District 7).
