The second phase of Anne Arundel County Public Schools' comprehensive redistricting process began in February 2025 and culminate with a plan scheduled to be adopted by the Board of Education in November 2025.

The plan will consider boundaries for schools in the Annapolis, Arundel, Broadneck, Crofton, Severna Park, South River, and Southern clusters. As it did in Phase 1 of the redistricting process, AACPS is wokring with WXY to examine enrollment patterns across the schools in the clusters.

Superintendent of Schools Dr. Mark Bedell will deliver his recommendation to the Board of Education on July 23, 2025. That recommendation will be posted here after it is provided to the Board.
