We kindly ask that you take some time to review the one-pager and, if you haven't already, download the necessary mobile apps. These tools will help you stay connected with your student's education throughout the year.
Key Tools for Parents and Guardians:
AACPSConnect, powered by ClassLink: This platform provides access to all the essential digital tools for students and schools. Parents must register for an AACPSConnect account to access the new Canvas Learning Management System (LMS). You can set up your account at: https://parents.classlink.com/aacps.
Canvas: This is our Learning Management System (LMS) where you can view your student's assignments, grades, due dates, and teacher feedback. It helps you monitor your student's progress and stay on track. You must log in via AACPSConnect or the ClassLink mobile app to access Canvas.
AACPS App: The official AACPS app provides school and district news, information on events, and more.
PowerSchool Mobile (Parent Portal): This app gives you online access to student schedules, historical grades, and attendance information.
These applications are key to a successful partnership. By using these tools, you can belong, grow, and succeed together with your student.
