August & September calendar with events, 8/21 Pre-K & Kindergarten Parent Night from 5:30-6:30pm. Parents are invited to learn about the upcoming Pre-K & K school year. 8/22 New Family Orientation for grades 1-5 from 1-2pm. New families will tour Bodkin and learn about our school. 8/22 2-3pm Meet the Teacher Your teachers can't wait to meet and greet you. 8/26 First Day of School for grades 1-5 & Pre-k & Kindergarten Conferences. Pre-K & K parents will meet with teachers to discuss their student. 8/27 Pre-k & K Conferences Pre-K & K parents will meet with teachers to discuss their student. 8/28-8/30 Pre-K & Kindergarten Staggered Start Days Pre-k & K students will come to school on their scheduled stagger day.. 9/2 Schools closed for Labor Day.. 9/3 All PreK & Kindergarten students will attend school starting on this day. 9/5 Fitness Thursday Wear your fitness gear and start your morning off dancing to a song played by Mrs. Tracey. 9/18 Kindergarten Field Trip to Downs Park with Trees are Terrific by Arlington Echo. 9/19 Back to School Night for grades 1-5 from 5:30-7:00pm Parents will learn about the upcoming school year. 9/30 Fall Picture Day Students will be photographed for the yearbook.
