Trouble with your Chromebook?

If your child is having issues with their AACPS distributed Chromebook, they should bring the device into school, with the charger, and let the teacher know what is wrong with it.  The teacher will then submit a ticket to our onsite technician to see if they can make any necessary repairs.

In the event the device cannot be repaired, a new device will be issued from the front office. An email will be sent to the parent/guardian with a new user agreement to be signed electronically.

If there are fees associated with the repair(s), an invoice will be sent to the address on file for immediate payment.
