Emergency Card Verification Form
Anne Arundel County Public Schools is excited to announce that we have an online option for the Emergency Card that we collect each school year. This will allow you to update your child’s emergency information and to update information to the contacts associated with your child. To access the Online Emergency Card Form, you will need to follow these steps:
**You will need the following information to log into your child’s Emergency Card:
- Your child’s PIN:(Pin was emailed to parents)
- Your child’s AACPS student identification number (The 6-digit code they use to log-in to the computer and purchase lunch).
- Your child’s birthday MM/DD/YYYY (you must use the proper format for the date, or it will not work).
