    • Social/Emotional
    • Self-help
    • Fine Motor

Services are provided in home, community, or center-based settings depending on the needs of your family and child. Sessions are scheduled with your individual service provider(s) Monday through Friday.  View Referral Process on the left to make a referral.

The ITP program staff have begun collecting donations of gently-used children's clothing & shoes, toys, books, formula & diapers, as well as other useful items for our ITP children and their families in our new CAROLYN's CLOSET space here at our offices at Point Pleasant Annex. If you have new or gently-used items you would like to donate, you may bring them to our facility or contact Christa Grim, Family Outreach Specialist, at 410-222-6911 for more details.
