📆 Spring 2025 In-Person Testing Calendar

All students are required to participate in the in-person MCAP state testing that takes place in the Spring each school year. Our testing will take place in March, April, and May at the AACPS Carver Center (2671 Carver Road Gambrills, MD).

We know families have to make special arrangements and adjust their schedules to transport their students back and forth to testing for a few days, so please use the 🔗Spring 2025 Testing Calendar linked here and shown in the snapshot photo below to mark your calendars and plan ahead for these student testing dates!

❗Important Testing Notes/Forms:

1. If you would like to ensure that your student receives an AACPS school lunch while at in-person testing, please complete this Spring Testing School Lunch Request Form.

2. If your student has medical needs or takes medication during school hours that we should be aware of while they are with our Virtual Academy Staff at in-person testing, please complete this Medical Needs While In-Person Testing Form.

AACPS Lunch/Meal Pickup

Virtual Academy families can pick up school meals for their students each day this school year by calling the Food & Nutrition Office at 410-222-5900 to register with the nearest school for the year!
Also, free and reduced meal services are still available for Virtual Academy students. *This service also qualifies students for funding for other free/reduced school services as well.
