Shirley Asencios is the Program Manager for the Judy Center at Belle Grove Elementary. With 10 years of experience working with Early Head Start & Head Start a as a Home Visitor and 2 years experience as the Judy Center Family Services Coordinator, Shirley is well versed in building relationships with families, advocating, and identifying resources. Her compassion, drive, and thorough knowledge of agencies allows her to eagerly advocate for families that access the Belle Grove Elementary Judy Center.

Amira Westenburger is the Family Services Coordinator for the Judy Center at Belle Grove Elementary. Ms. Amira comes to the Judy Center with experience working as a Child Care Provider, Elementary School Counselor and Behavioral Specialist. Most recently she worked for Anne Arundel Community College as a parent educator and child care trainer. Ms. Amira is a proud graduate of AACPS and has two children who are AACPS students.
