    Security Cameras

Jacobsville Elementary School is equipped with a video camera system. It covers selected interior and exterior public portions of the building and grounds. It is NOT monitored constantly, but it is monitored during emergency situations. During certain events, when the safety or security of students may be in question, authorized personnel from local, state, or federal police or fire emergency units may be given access to view images projected on the camera system. If you have any questions about the system, you should call the Supervisor of School Security at 410-222-5083.

  • Hello Parents,

If your child attends a childcare facility or would need to ride a bus other than the bus that services their home address (home bus), an Exceptional Transportation form must be submitted to the school. The school, in turn, will send it to the Transportation department for approval. Students should NOT ride that bus until you have been notified of the approval. Approval is based upon consistent arrangements for each day, i.e. morning and/or afternoon, Monday through Friday.

Please visit the link below for a copy of the form:

  • School Supplies for 2021-2022 will primarily be provided by the school. A list of provided supplies is posted under our Supply List tab. Students are asked to bring their backpack, headphones, Chromebook, a complete change of clothes, and if they choose, a lunchbox. We do have limited space in the lockers so please, no rolling backpacks.

Parents may choose to have school supplies on hand at home to help facilitate homework as they see fit. A suggested list can be found under our Supply List tab.
