I’ve played volleyball for three years and cheer for one, so I really want to hear others experience with racism in athletics and continue to learn from other perspectives.

I am a rising senior at Meade High School and the former President of the Anne Arundel County NAACP Youth & College Division and currently the 47th Student Member of the Board.  I am enrolled in the IB Diploma Program. I ran on the promise of making real and meaningful change. To make that happen and be an effective Student Member of the Board of Education I want to make sure I know the problems affecting each of our student populations. I have played baseball during my time at Meade High, JV for two years and varsity last year.
