  • Online Student Enrollment Information

Welcome to Anne Arundel County Public Schools. We look forward to providing you (or your child) with a superlative learning experience in the years to come!

This site contains step-by-step guidelines on how to enroll at AACPS. Follow Steps 1 and 2 below, then select the appropriate item on the left to access a page containing the mandatory documents needed to enroll, and the additional documentation you will need to complete enrollment.

      1. Ensure your child has been formally withdrawn from their previous school. In most cases, you will receive a withdrawal or transfer packet containing important information from your child’s school file that will make it easier to enroll your child in the new school.

      2. Find out what school your child will be attending. Please use the contact information here to obtain this information; your child’s school will be based on your current address.

Due to the current shutdown of school buildings in Anne Arundel County due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have moved to a remote online enrollment process. This is the first part of the enrollment process for students starting in 2020-2021.

Important: If none of these items apply to you, please notify the specific school at the time of the enrollment and the school will put you in contact with the appropriate Pupil Personnel Worker. The Pupil Personnel Worker is available to assist with any custody situations that may arise during the enrollment process.
