The Office of Equity and Accelerated Student Achievement (OEASA) supports schools in their mission of Elevating All Students and Eliminating All Gaps. The work of OEASA is rooted in the Anne Arundel County Public Schools Educational Equity Policy (AF) The policy's purpose is to establish the procedures and practices to provide for educational equity and eliminate obstacles to accessing educational opportunities for all AACPS students.
Through community outreach, professional development, and collaboration; OEASA provides strategic support for school-based administrators, teachers, and central office staff to achieve the goals of Anne Arundel County Public Schools using quality standards of the Strategic Plan. OEASA is committed to working side by side with parents, community members, and other stakeholders to ensure equitable access and opportunities for all students.
