Opening of School: Relationships, Social-Emotional Climate & PD Days

Questions to be considered:

- What are you seeing happening within your school with staff and students based on our focus on our people and building healthy relationships?
- How is our first Strategic Plan Value – All means ALL - coming alive in your schools?
- How do teachers feel about the extra PD days offered at the beginning of this school year?
- Are there any #AACPSBackToAwesome “best practices” from teachers in your schools that you feel should be shared with other teachers around the county?

- How do you and your colleagues weave equity decisions and equitable practices into the planning and implementation of your classroom lessons or co-curricular offerings?
