  • Back-to-School Night 

    Meade High School's Back-to-School Night will take place on Wednesday, Sept. 23 from 6:00 pm - 8:20 pm. 

    The evening will start with an address from our Principal, Dr. Rivers, which can be viewed here. Then, you will follow your child's schedule from 6:25 pm - 8:20 pm to meet all of their teachers using Google Meet. The schedule is as follows:
    1A: 6:25 - 6:35
    1B: 6:40 - 6:50
    2A: 6:55 - 7:05
    2B: 7:10 - 7:20
    3A: 7:25 - 7:35
    3B: 7:40 - 7:50
    4A: 7:55 - 8:05
    4B: 8:10 - 8:20

    If you would like to prepare in advance, please use the parent schedule template to record your child's schedule and collect the necessary Meet codes in one place. This template is available as a Google Doc or a Word document.

  • Class of 2021

    LifeTouch has scheduled the Senior Picture Day and information has been mailed.  September 29th is the first scheduled picture day.  There will not be one on September 28th due to the Holiday.  We also have days scheduled November 4-6.  Your appointment card will give you information on how to sign up and procedures.  They will be day time appointments.  You are also being asked to pay online when you make the appointment.  If you do not see information by Wednesday, September 23, please call LifeTouch Customer Service at 410-644-7700 or 800-445-1189..

  • Virtual POMS Dance Team Tryouts for the 2020-2021 Season

    The tryout video will be released Tuesday, September 29, 2020.

     Dancers need to watch video, learn choreography, video themselves, then submit to Ms. Manthos by attaching video file to the video assignment on google classroom.

     Video is due by Sunday, October 4, 2020. Videos submitted past the due date will not be considered.

     Please dress in professional dance attire, make sure you have enough room to dance safely, and have fun :)

  • Masks Required per Governor Hogan effective July 31, 2020 at 5pm

    Governor Hogan placed an order that took effect at 5 p.m. on Friday, July 31, 2020. Anne Arundel County Public Schools facilities are locations "where the public is generally permitted," all AACPS employees and visitors are required to wear masks at any time in which they are in any AACPS facility.

    Below you will find email addresses to reach secretaries to make sure you receive a scheduled visit with your Administrator or Counselor (there are no drop in meetings so please make sure when coming to the building you are scheduled for a visit).  They will get back to you with your scheduled meeting time and Administrator or Counselor.  Remember that if you need to get into Summer School, you would reach out to your Counselor.

  • SAT Administration August 29, 2020

    As per the AACPS Board of Education, Meade HS will NOT BE ABLE to host the SAT as scheduled on Saturday, August 29, 2020.  Students will receive a refund from College Board of the registration fee and can register for a future SAT date.  Should you have any further questions, please feel free to contact Mrs. Jamie Michael at

  • New MVA Guidelines  

    Meade High Parents:

    Here is important new information regarding the attendance form for Learner's Permits.  Parents/Guardians can verify school attendance with this form.  If you have access to a printer, you may print the form and take it to your students appointment.  If you do not have access to a printer, you will need to pick this form up from the school.  If you have any questions, please feel to contact MVA directly or your students counselor.

  • Meade High School Security Cameras (Please review)

    School Security Video Cameras
    Meade High School is equipped with a video camera system. It covers selected interior and exterior public portions of the building and grounds. It is NOT monitored constantly, but it is monitored during emergency situations. During certain events, when the safety or security of students may be in question, authorized personnel from local, state or federal police or fire emergency units may be given access to view images projected on the camera system. If you have any questions about the system, you should call the Supervisor of School Security at 410-222-5083.
