HBCU Recruitment

AACPS recruiters attend job fairs, host information sessions, and conduct workshop presentations at various HBCUs throughout the year.

AACPS hosts our annual Teacher Diversity Job Fair in an effort to attract a more diverse pool of educators to our school system. Representatives from all AACPS schools participate in this annual event. Eligible applicants must fall into one of the following categories:

During the 2018 hiring season, AACPS held two Teacher Diversity Networking Events which were attended by over 50 candidates.
