STEMist at Play - STEM Saturday Exploration

STEM Saturdays are immersive & relevant experiences that give students the opportunity to apply their academic learning in new and exciting ways.  It is a hands-on deep-dive into a career field.  In grade 6 there are 6 STEM Saturday Exploration days and in grades 7 & 8 there are 4 required STEM Saturday Exploration days.

Examples of STEM Saturday Explorations include:

Engineering of Roller Skates, Cyber Defender Day, Enable Expo, Climb Zone, Marine Trades Expo, Udvar-Hazy Air & Space Museum, Sci TECH Lab at Towson University, and Careers in Coding
