Student Data provides training and support for all who are involved in the collection, maintenance, and reporting of accurate student data.
Student data collected includes demographics, attendance, discipline, course enrollment, student academic progress, grade reporting, and transcripts for all current students in the system. Users of the student software include those in schools, central office, and remote sites.
The office also supports decision-making by providing training in accessing the data collected through the system, providing it to schools as needed. Teachers are trained and supported in the use of electronic attendance, grade books, grade reporting, and access to student information. Parents are supported in the use of the electronic portal for attendance, student schedules and grades.
