Degrees and Certifications:
Samira Ibrahim, Severna Park High School
Hi everyone! My name is Samira Ibrahim (she/her), and I am a rising senior at Severna Park High School. I am incredibly honored to be serving as the 2023-2024 CRASC Vice President! I am involved in a variety of school extracurriculars, some of which include positions in the Student Service Learning Leadership Team (SSL), Let’s Talk Justice, MASC Division 4 Committee, SGA, and multiple Honor Societies! In my free time, you can typically find me cooking or baking, spending time with my family, doing tech projects, or service work!
I ran on a campaign with the intent of increasing the accessibility and reach of CRASC to all students and advisors. My goals are to engage the students, clarify the students’ role, and amplify the student’s voices. I hope to achieve this by showcasing opportunities for students to be informed and holding events at schools to work with and reach students. Additionally, having more open events for students to learn and share their voices and providing clear ways to enhance their leadership skills are ways we can work to improve student leadership. I want more students to feel comfortable being a leader, and giving them the tools to do so to create more change!
I am so excited about working with the rest of the team this year in order to make a difference! If you ever have any questions, comments, or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out!
