    Change in Dismissal Procedure for Parents

    1. Parents/guardians should contact the main office for any change in dismissal, OR send a handwritten/typed note in with the child to be turned into the teacher in the morning.  Classroom teachers will NOT be held responsible for checking emails throughout the school day to see if a parent has decided to change their student’s dismissal plan for the day.

    2. The office will only take change in dismissal messages in the following manners:

      • Fax to school (410-551-6223) describing the change in dismissal procedure (with date that the change applies to),student name/teacher AND parent signature.

      • Email to office staff with student name/teacher, change in dismissal procedure with date that the change applies to.  Office staff will then be required to call the parent to verify that the email is correct.

      • Visit the office in person with photo ID to make the change
