School History

George T. Cromwell Elementary, built in 1964, was named in memory of George T. Cromwell, Sr. (1892-1962) for his interest in education and unselfish efforts on behalf of the youth of Anne Arundel County. Cromwell Elementary presently has an enrollment of approximately 335 students, ranging from Kindergarten through Fifth grade. George T. Cromwell Elementary is very proud of the education and services we offer our students.
