We are happy to have many cultures and languages represented in our school population. Our school population includes 4.3% Asian, 19.2% African American, 9.5% Hispanic, 6.2% Multi-Racial and 60.3% Caucasian.
22% (180 students) of our school population is reading above level. Many of them are reading two or more years above their grade level. Many of our students are also advanced in math. Our school is very proud of the instruction we provide for all students, including those who are gifted and talented or require special education services. Instruction is designed to meet the needs of each and every one of our students.
Establishing relationships between all members of the Crofton Elementary family is very important to us. Many activities and events are scheduled by our school or our PTA that foster the buiding of relationships.
