    Health Room

    Your School Nurse is a Registered Nurse – Maria Fellers.

    The School Nurse is responsible for managing medication administration; developing nursing assessments on special needs students; and developing emergency protocols for children with chronic health conditions. She is also responsible for performing student health appraisals, and mandated vision, and hearing screening. Ms. Fellers monitors chronic health conditions, develops and implements student care plans, advises school teams on health issues, and assists with the management of disabled students in the school.

    As a member of the regular school team, the nurse works in conjunction with Administrators, Guidance Counselors, Special Educators, School Psychologist & Pam Rex.

    Documents Required to Register per Anne Arundel County Public School Policy:

    Two (2) PROOFS OF RESIDENCY - Valid rental agreement, mortgage document or Tenant Verification Form* is mandatory.
    (*If proof of residency is a Tenant Verification Form, the owner's lease or mortgage papers are required.)

    One additional form of documentation is also required:Current utility bill or work order - service and mailing address must show on statement

    Commercial Driver's License
    (*Regular Driver's licenses and auto insurance documents are NOT accepted as proofs of residency.)
