The Next Step Mentorship
The Next Step Mentorship is a world-class opportunity for 11th Grade students in Anne Arundel County Public Schools. Dr. Murray Korman, physics professor at the United States Naval Academy, has designed a dynamic one-year mentorship that will expose participants to an array of experiences – from research and data collection to graphic design and service learning. Students who have participated in the past have composed and presented posters and papers at National conferences, and some have been ultimately accepted to study at the United States Naval Academy, Johns Hopkins University, the United States Military Academy at West Point, the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and more! Applications for the 2022 - 2023 mentorship will be available soon. Click HERE to find out more information about the mentorship -- and about how you can apply!
