Teen of the Week: Arundel High junior overcame failures of freshman year

Lexie Tutwiler, 18, graduated Magna Cum Laude from Arundel High. She will be attending Towson University this fall as a biology major and member of its cheerleading team.
Teen of the Week: Annapolis High IB grad is whirlwind of activity
Kory Wells. 18, a recent graduate of Annapolis High School's IB Programme, and the president of its National Honor Society chapter, has accepted a scholarship to participate in the DNLMAS program at Norfolk State University.
Severna Park Kiwanis Scholarship Recipient
Jessica Praley, an AVID senior at Severna Park High School was
awarded the Kiwanis Club's Scholarship for her outstanding
academic achievements and community service.
Jessica will attend Florida Southern in the fall.
Teen of the Week: Arundel High senior leads by example
Desmond Pettross, 17, a senior at Arundel High School is active in AVID. He participates in the Advanced Studies Leadership
Team , the AVID Student Leadership Team, and the Pride Council. He is applying to Maryland colleges in hopes of majoring
