Supplemental Life Insurance

Basic Life Insurance is provided at no cost to permanent employees as negotiated or as indicated in the Terms of Employment.
Supplemental Life Insurance coverage is available to you at a reasonable cost through MetLife Insurance Company. You may purchase or increase/decrease your life insurance coverage as a new hire or during Open Enrollment. If you elect new or additional life insurance during Open Enrollment, please complete the MetLife Enrollment Form on the right, as well as the Statement of Health (SOH) (medical questionnaire).
Life insurance is provided through MetLife. In addition to voluntary life insurance, employees will have the option to purchase life insurance for a spouse ($10,000) and/or child(ren) ($2,000).
During Open Enrollment, the above forms must be submitted to HR/Benefits by the end of the Open Enrollment period.

Those services include, Accerlerated Death Benefit, Conversion to Individual Whole Life, Will Preparation, Greif Counseling, Funeral Assistance and more.
