    Career Connections and Transition (CCT) combines academic and career exploration topics, providing hands-on learning that puts you at the center of the action. Learn essential skills, explore career interests, and discover your passions, all while planning a pathway to success after high school. CCT also helps develop critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills, which means you are better prepared for college and your career.
