The North County High School Signature Program—International Trade, Transportation and Tourism (IT3) creates college and career pathways through partnerships with community and business partners at BWI Marshall Airport, the Port of Baltimore, Maryland state transportation agencies, the Maryland Office of Tourism, international trade associations and many other industry-related organizations.
