The varsity and junior varsity football games between Meade and Old Mill high schools originally scheduled for Friday, September 20, will be played at Meade High School on Monday, September 23, with the junior varsity game beginning at 4 p.m. and the varsity game beginning at 6:30 p.m. Given that police are still investigating the community incident that led to the postponement of these games and the fact that one suspect remains at large, no spectators will be permitted to attend either game. Only players, coaches, trainers, county and military police, and school and school system personnel with direct involvement in the game will be permitted to attend. The National Federation of High Schools has agreed to livestream both games on its NFHS Network free of charge. To view the games, visit www.aacps.org/athleticsbroadcasts.
