Fingerprinting
 

Call the Fingerprint Office at 410-222-5045 to set up a fingerprint appointment as soon as possible.  Both fingerprint forms MUST be completed before your appointment or you will have to be rescheduled.

The following forms should be completed and brought with you to the new teacher processing session.  The verification of related and/or teaching experience forms should be completed and mailed to the appropriate personnel.  Please make sure all forms are completed in blue or black ink.
