The Infants and Toddlers Program recognizes that sometimes another parent of a child with special needs can provide great hope and help to families who have learned that their child has a disability.  

Sue Young N.C.C.  is the Program's Family Outreach Specialist and is available to assist families in a variety of ways.  She provides support and guidance for families who have a child in the Infants and Toddlers Program.  She can also provide families with information about our program as well as helping families locate a variety of community resources. Sue also has the experience of being a parent who has had two children who have received services through the Infants and Toddlers Program.
