Retiree Benefits Open Enrollment is October 10 to October 24,
2011 for 2012 benefits.
The Aetna HMO will not be available for 2012. Existing
participants have been notified, along with a Retiree Healthcare
Application, to select a new healthcare option, if desired (due
by October 24, 2011 to HR/Retirement).
If you want to retain your current benefits for 2012, NO ACTION
IS REQUIRED.
Your benefits will automatically continue for 2012!

the link on the left for information about the Long-Term
Care program through Unum.
Enrollment in long-term care is available from October 10-29,
2011.
