One of 78 Elementary Schools in Anne Arundel County, Richard Henry Lee has been serving the Glen Burnie community since 1929. With a current enrollment of 508, we have committed to meet the needs of each student. To that end, Anne Arundel County Public Schools and Richard Henry Lee have established goals in the areas of Academic Achievement, Safe and Orderly Environment and Community Collaboration. This is a collaborative effort with Towson University and unites our school with 16 student interns nearing completion of their teaching degrees. This mutually beneficial relationship effectively reduces the student/teacher ratio for eight of our classes while providing real world experience for our interns.
