NJHS is the leader among organizations and societies that promote appropriate recognition for students who reflect outstanding accomplishments in the areas of scholarship, character, leadership, citizenship, and service. If chosen as a member of the NJHS students will be responsible for maintaining a cumulative average of 3.35, completing community service hours outside school and attending required chapter meetings after school.
Applications are distributed to eligible 7th and 8th grade students in September.
