Students will learn about and experience the importance of cardiovascular fitness and maintaining a running program throughtout the year.  Students will participate in a 5K run.

AVID After Hours

AVID students will be provided access to technology, guidance and supplies to support them in their classes.  Students participate in a community service project.

Students will rehearse and perform musical selections on concert settings and for adjudication with correct vocal technique and exhibiting appropriate musicality.

Student musicians will have the opportunity to perform many styles of band literature in a full ensemble setting.  They prepare for performances, festivals and competitions.

Students will participate in a full musical production in the spring.  Attendance at Saturday practices prior to the show is required.

Everyone's favorite puzzle is coming to Lindale! If you are interested in math lessons and activities relating to the Rubik's Cube, then this is the club for you! By April 2012, a team of 8 students will be assemble to compete in a tournament to be held in Washington, DC. Any 6th, 7th or 8th grader intetrested in participating in this club should see Ms. Covington for more information.
