·         What are the school office hours?

    1. The office hours are 8:00 am - 3:45 pm

·         What are the student hours?

    1. The student hours are 8:35 am - 3:15 pm
    2. 8:35 am - 8:50 am Breakfast
    3. 8:50 am Announcements
    4. 9:00 am Instruction begins
    5. 3:00 pm P.M. Announcements
    6. 3:10 pm Open Door & Car Riders Dismissed
    7. 3:15 pm Dismissal of buses (as they arrive)

·         When must students be at school?

    1. Students should be at school at 8:35am.
    2. Students must be at school by the 8:50am announcements or they will be considered tardy.

·         What is needed for registration?

    1. Child's Birth Certificate
    2. Child's Social Security Number
    3. Immunization Record
    4. Last Report Card
    5. Parent Work Phone Numbers
    6. Names and Phone Numbers of Emergency Contacts
    7. 2 Proofs of Residency

Mandatory Documentation:

    1. Proof of Residency- TWO FORMS REQUIRED:

(1)   Must have either Apartment lease or Mortgage papers.

(2)   One of the following: Utility, Phone or cable bill; property tax or income tax; current pay stub, W-2, Social Security Check, voters registration.

    1. Drivers License
    2. Child’s Birth Certificate
    3. Child’s Current Immunization Records (2nd MMR required)
    4. Custody Papers (if applicable)

Age Requirements:

·        Kindergarten students must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2008

·        Pre-K students must be 4 years old on or before September 1, 2008

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE AGE REQUIRNMENT

Kindergarten students must register at their home school even if they are applying for out-of-area transfer
