Work-Based Learning

Students already enrolled in a program at the Center of Applied Technology may apply for the Work Based Learning Program. The on-the-job training that is offered by Work Based Learning Program must be related to the career area in which the student is enrolled. 

Students who participate in the Work-Based Learning Program must work a minimum of 15 hours per week. This equates to 270 hours per semester and 540 hours for the school year. Students participating in the Work-Based Learning Program must work in a career related area.
