Precision Machining

 

Students will develop skills to read and interpret prints, use precision measuring instruments and hand tools.

Students will efficiently setup and operate drill presses, vertical milling machines, engine lathes and grinders.

Students will also develop CNC programs using software applied in the industrial field.

Career opportunities include Machinist, Maintenance Machinist, Instrument Maker, Inspector, Tool and Die Maker, Shop Supervisor and Engineer.
