This two-year program lays the ground work for occupations such as: Network/System Administrators, Help Desk Support Specialists, Web Designers, and Information Technology Specialists. The program includes the following topics: Operating Systems, Troubleshooting, Networking, Server Fundamentals, Applications Software, Network Security, Virus Protection, and End User Support.

The students will be eligible to sit for the following certification exams:

• Certiport Microsoft Office Specialist (Word, Power Point, Excel, Access, and Outlook)
• Certiport IC3 - Internet and Computing Core (Computing Fundamentals, Key Applications, and Living Online)
• CompTIA A+
• CompTIA Net+
