Man at ComputerThe Office of Instructional Technology’s vision aligns with the Maryland State Department of Education’s vision. Improved student learning will be achieved through the seamless integration of technology. The use of technology, and the digital content that it brings, will create dynamic and challenging learning environments that engage and motivate students, enabling them to be independent, creative, effective communicators, and problem solvers.
